qq801 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout all sections of this document and any supplementary policies published by qq801:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on qq801, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qq801 enforces strict age verification at registration and at the point of any withdrawal request.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated bots may not register as Members.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by qq801 at its sole discretion. qq801 reserves the right to update the list of Prohibited Jurisdictions without prior notice.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on the qq801 platform. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of qq801 or any of its affiliated entities or technology providers.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, and keep that information current at all times.

qq801 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the membership lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by qq801 may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each Member is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your qq801 account, you agree to:

1. Provide your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
2. Provide a valid email address to which you have exclusive access and which will serve as the primary communication channel for your account.
3. Create a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service. qq801 recommends a minimum of 12 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters.
4. Provide accurate details for the payment methods you intend to use — including your bank account number, registered bank name (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), and e-wallet identifiers (e.g., OVO, DANA, GoPay) where applicable.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. qq801 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. All financial transactions on qq801 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). qq801 does not apply currency conversion fees on IDR transactions. The following deposit and withdrawal conditions apply to all Members:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP): Rp 25.000.
• Minimum deposit via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Rp 10.000.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• qq801 reserves the right to request proof of deposit ownership before crediting funds to a Member's account.
• Deposits are credited to the Member's account balance upon confirmed receipt by qq801's payment processor. Processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to delays outside qq801's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Minimum amounts may vary by payment channel.
• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The target processing time for verified accounts is under 15 minutes from request submission to funds dispatch.
• Withdrawal requests may only be directed to payment methods registered in the Member's own name and previously used to make a deposit, or verified through the KYC process.
• qq801 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or satisfaction of active bonus wagering requirements.
• Members who have claimed a bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be approved.
• qq801 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard IDR transactions. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's responsibility.

qq801 operates a range of bonus and promotional programmes for eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this clause, the promotion-specific term prevails.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Members who have completed account registration, passed any applicable KYC requirements, and met the minimum deposit threshold specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means the bonus must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal). • Abuse and Fraud: qq801 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be exploiting bonus structures, using automated tools to satisfy wagering requirements, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to pattern betting, arbitrage, or collusion.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the promotion terms.

qq801 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

qq801 enforces strict 21+ age verification at the point of registration and at every withdrawal request. Members are responsible for ensuring they access qq801 in compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

• Chargebacks — initiating a payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on qq801. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and recovery action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qq801 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the qq801 platform, regardless of whether qq801 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or gaming winnings arising from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, connectivity failures, or force majeure events beyond qq801's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials or your voluntary disclosure of credentials to third parties.

• Any decisions made by a Member based on information, odds, or game outcomes displayed on the platform.

In all cases where qq801 is found liable, the total aggregate liability of qq801 to any Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to qq801 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits qq801's liability for death or personal injury caused by qq801's proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by qq801.

qq801 collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between qq801 and each Member.

By registering an account on qq801, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. Key data protection commitments include:

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. qq801 recommends checking this page at least once per month. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions and constitutes the entire agreement between qq801 and each Member with respect to the subject matter herein.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to a Member's use of the qq801 platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which qq801 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled by the informal process described below.

Informal Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from your use of qq801, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting qq801 support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute and your proposed resolution. qq801 will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and work in good faith to reach an amicable resolution within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Formal Proceedings: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the 30-day window, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents qq801 from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
